1. General Information

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Soul AI mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Soul AI is operated by us for the purpose of providing AI-powered video generation tools that transform your photos and other content into animated or stylized videos.

By downloading, installing, or using Soul AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

You may use the Service only if you are able to form a binding contract with us and are not barred from using the Service under applicable law. By using Soul AI, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old (or older where required by local law) and that any information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

If you access the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

3. Service Description

Soul AI allows users to upload photos or other content and generate AI-created or AI-enhanced videos and visual effects. The Service may use third-party AI models, processing providers, and cloud infrastructure to perform these operations. Output quality and style may vary depending on the input and technical limitations.

• The Service is provided for personal and non-commercial use unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us that permits commercial usage.

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

3.1. Beta Services

From time to time, we may offer access to experimental or beta features of Soul AI. Beta features are provided for testing and feedback purposes only, may be modified or discontinued at any time, and are provided “as is” without any warranties. Your use of Beta Services is at your own risk.

4. Ownership and Content

Except for User Content (defined below), all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the app, software, interface, designs, text, graphics, logos, and underlying technology, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, branding, or logos except as necessary to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

4.1. Ownership of the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Soul AI app on your personal device for your own lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

4.2. Ownership of Trademarks

• "Soul AI", our logo, and any related names or design marks are our trademarks or registered trademarks. They may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

• All other trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed within the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

4.3. Ownership of Feedback

If you send us any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Soul AI (“Feedback”), you agree that we may use such Feedback freely for any purpose without compensation, restriction, or obligation to you. Feedback is not confidential.

You also acknowledge that we may already be developing features or services similar to or competitive with any ideas or suggestions contained in your Feedback.

5. User Accounts and Subscriptions

To access certain features, you may need to create an account or use a third-party login (such as Apple or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5.1. Registering for an Account

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You may not impersonate another person, create an account for someone else without permission, or use usernames that are offensive, misleading, or violate the rights of others.

We may, at our sole discretion, refuse registration, cancel accounts, or reclaim usernames if necessary to protect our Service or other users.

5.2. Your responsibility for your Account

You are solely responsible for any activity on your account and for keeping your device and login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account if you fail to safeguard your credentials.

5.3. Subscription

Some features of Soul AI are available only through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. Subscription terms, pricing, and duration are displayed within the app and managed by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the store’s rules.

You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through your app store account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

6. Price and Taxes

• All prices are shown in the currency made available by the app store and may vary by region due to exchange rates, platform fees, or local taxes.

• We reserve the right to change our pricing and subscription plans at any time. Any changes will apply to new subscriptions or renewals, not to the current billing period.

Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added to your purchase by the app store in accordance with local laws.

6.1. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. If you sign up for a free trial, you will gain access to the paid features for the stated trial duration. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial period through your app store account, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable fee will be charged.

7. Method of Payment

All purchases and subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems. By initiating a purchase, you authorize the app store to charge the selected payment method associated with your store account.

We do not collect or store your full payment card information. Your relationship for payment processing is directly with the respective app store provider.

7.1. Refunds

Refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play. As a general rule, we do not process refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must submit your request through the relevant app store.

We are not responsible for any decision made by the app store regarding refunds.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the Service and your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for securing your devices and network.

9. Changes to this Terms of Service

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date, by in-app notice, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Soul AI after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
